Summary
Sam and Bessie Lipofsky. They had four children, Henry, Bernard, Irene and Harold. Sam and his brother, Charles, started a clothing store on E. Main St. in 1896. Later the moved to Park Ave. (then it was Railroad St.). In 1921, they built a new brick building at the southwest corner of S. Cook and Station Sts. Henry and Harold worked the store, Bernie had a shoe factory. 5-1-1989
